RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
While we take pride in all of our Expert products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective EXPERT merchandise for up to 21 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, lotions and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN BY MAIL
The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from our website..
STEP 1 Call us on our reliable customer service line on 1-514-437-2942 to state the reason why you want to return the items.
STEP 2 Packing & Courier Service
Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels) before sending it to us.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; We do not accept hand-delivered returns for items purchased from our website. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
RETURN TO STORE/WAREHOUSE
We only accept hand-delivered returns for items purchased from our store/warehouse.
Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit or debit card used when you placed your order (if applicable).
The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting our store/warehouse. If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply give us a call at 1-514-437-2942. One of our friendly Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note that you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/packing slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/packing slip by logging into your email account that you used when ordering for the merchandise.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered within five business day. We have a flat shipping rate of $14.99.
IMPORTANT!. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
- For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation; email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address. After shipping, the tracking code with the correspondent website to track your item [s] will be sent to your email.
